CMS LTD is looking for an HVAC Design Engineer to join our Tortola office. You will develop HVAC layouts, load calculations and system designs for luxury residential and resort projects, coordinating closely with our mechanical, electrical and plumbing teams to deliver fully integrated MEP designs.
What you will do:
– Produce HVAC design drawings and specifications using Revit/AutoCAD
– Perform load calculations and equipment selection
– Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other MEP disciplines
– Support site teams during construction and commissioning
What we are looking for:
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– Experience with HVAC design for residential or hospitality projects
– Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
– Strong communication and coordination skills
