CMS LTD is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to design power distribution, lighting and low-voltage systems for high-end residential, resort and restaurant projects.
What you will do:
– Develop electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams and panel schedules
– Design power, lighting and low-voltage layouts
– Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing and fire protection teams
– Support construction administration and commissioning
What we are looking for:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
– Experience designing electrical systems for residential or hospitality projects
– Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
– Understanding of NFPA 70 and relevant US electrical codes
